They were queuing up to buy?

You weren't calling it "lunacy" when it was going on Joe.

Like every other prlck in RTE and the property filled rags, you were cheerleading the Celtic Tiger madness.

Gerry Ryan was the best RTE cheerleader for it. Hardly a day went buy without him saying something about it.

What was this guy doing during the bubble?

Look the local council should just drop a barrel of LSD up to the residents of "The Priory" and each resident can dunk their head in it and then they can solve not only their immediate problems but the problems of humanity itself...

I knew an engineer during the bubble who raised concerns on a building site about safety concerns and the material being used. The next day he got a call saying his services were no longer required, effectively he was sacked for not turning a blind eye.

Let's not exclude the Plank, who's daily sermon to the masses would always helpfully remind us that we lived in "the second richest country in the world".

Wonder who he thought was first all that time?.....Greece maybe.
