    I'm glad I didn't and I tried to convince as many of my friends and family not to buy. Most ignored my advice unfortunately.
    Now they are saying I was "so lucky" not to have bought. Luck had nothing to do with it.
    Of course they all want their debts written down as well:rolleyes:

    Again been saying this for years....banks should have had inspectors out looking at what they were lending money out for....you know just in case they had to seize the asset at a later date.
