Grant for windows?

The house I live in still has the original wooden frame single-glazed windows that it was built with. I'm currently looking at getting these replaced with modern energy-efficient double-glazed windows. Is there a grant available for doing this, would anyone know? I can't find one mentioned on the Sustainable Energy website, but I would have thought if they can give you a grant for attic insulation, there may be some help with this. Thanks in advance.

afraid not. unless your house is of some architectural merit or you are in receipt of state pension? ie you or your house are elderly:)?
do choose your new windows carefully and how they are installed.. they can have far reaching implications like increased air-tightness leading to condensation.. you are best to take a holistic approach to such upgrades
