Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

After spending 33 years working as a main stream claas teacher a chance arose this summer for me to move into a learning support /resource teaching role. I now work as a SHARED resource teacher between three rural schools.
After a whirlwind start with time tables, road maps, files, files and more files !!! etc I am now getting to grips with this new job.
Would love to talk to anyone out there who is also new to this type of role. Need lots and lots of advice ????????????? :D Thank you
