    Hi Folks.

    My name is Brian. And I am a rage-aholic.

    No, but seriously, I gotta chill out Folks.
    Especially with the grey ‘Ol Winter on its way :(

    So does anyone know where there are meditation classes in NCD.

    I am not religious , but I have no problem with religion.

    Preferably evenings would be best.

    Ya gotta help me, before I’m a divorced alcoholic.

    They do them in Malahide Community School on Monday nights - the term would already have started but you could probably still enroll.

    I think they do classes in Walmer holistic centre in Raheny (beside supervalue) on a Monday night. Its a drop in class as far as I know. Maybe check out their website.

    There is yoga in balbriggan in platinum gyms and the combined clubs.
