Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How quickly does direct transfer payment register?

I just found out that the last bill I had wasn't paid due to a automatic transfer not going through from my bank. I rang the automated line and got my current balance owed and then paid it by direct transfer from my bank account. How long will it take for that to register as having being paid?

Hi potterycourse,

Do you mean an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)? These can take on average 3 working days to come through, possibly longer depending on the bank. Please feel free to PM me your account details if you would like me to check this for you.
