    Hi

Would anyone know when the closing date for applications for ECCE scheme is, ie could you apply now for a place for now? My DD is over the 4 yrs 6 mths age limit but is special needs and has been attending various therapy sessions (and still is). I feel that she is now ready for preschool. Is it too late? I know I would have to apply for the age restriction and could do so as I have various HSE reports.

    Thanks.

by too late do you mean the time of year or the fact that your child has pasted the age limit?

no, it is not too late to send her, the group can send additional requests to the Department and request an appeal on the funding they have been granted
