can they clamp my car??

hi all, im in rented accomadation in cork along college road and iv to pay disc parking all day every day....so far i havnt bought a single ticket as i drive a lowered car and d clamp wont fit the car :D i was wondering if they cant clamp me will i get a ticket?? the car is also to low to be towed :D thanks

A traffic warden can ticket you, the clampers can't.
