question about importing hoodies ?

Just a quick one, If the hoodies have images of bands such as nirvana, rolling stones etc, do these hoodies need to be licensed? Obviously trademarks such as micky mouse etc need to be licensed but does this extend to music bands? Thanks

I think you can take it as read that any global bands have registered their trademark and copy rights. I therefore think you will run into difficulties if you bring branded products in through customs without having permission or licence to do so.

It's not just trademarks, any artwork, design or copyright work cannot be reproduced without permission. So yes this extends to bands etc.
