Just browsing daft I've seen a lot of ads from these guys. Basically really nice places in really good areas for comparatively very low rents. Anyone know anything about these guys? Seems like there must be a catch somewhere..

If it's renting you're on about; I met with one of their agents once for a viewing and he handing me a page with info on what they require - seemed ott for me which is why I imagine they have places sitting on the market for so long;

2 x Previous Landlord References
1 x Professional Reference
1 x Work Reference
Last months bank statement
Standing order to come from one account only

There were one or two more onerous enough ones I can't think of off the top of my head.
