Internet: "tethering" through Meteor phone - cost?

    I've just started using the internet connection on my phone to access the internet via this laptop as the internet connection has gone down in the house. I'm connecting wirelessly using that 'Mobile AP' feature on this Samsung Galaxy, so I'm not sure if this technically constitutes 'tethering'.

    Either way, how costly is getting internet access this way? I won't be downloading any programs, just surfing websites and posting on fora like this until the normal internet connection is re-established.

    Are you PrePay or Bill Pay?

    It shouldnt cost any more than what it does to use it on your phone.

    99c per day for 50mb a day on prepay

    No extra charges on bill pay as long as you stay within your data allocation.

    Ive done this in September. Bought the 10GB add on for the month cause had no internet at the house.
