anybody ever hear of care connections

hey has anyone heard of a company called care connections based in newcastlewest in county limerick, i have been offered an interview with them next weekend they want a 15 euro postal order send to them for garda vetting they have no contact number only email,i am finding this very suspicious as i can find no trace of them…
