New phone UK

I have been living in the north for a few months now and I need to get a UK number.

I was thinking of getting Samsung Galaxy S II W but I am not sure if I can justify spending £24 per month for 2 years on a phone. I wouldnt use that amount of credit a month or do I use my phone that much.

In the past I got high spec phones such as SE W800i and K850i but for the last two years I have been using my sisters old K770i. I spent near 300 each on them two phones.

The most important thing to me would be to have a decent camera. I would be willing to get a second hand phone off ebay or something as well. Eg

My company has some deal with O2 where I can get the phone for 240 and a 12 month contract at £15 a month for 1gb of data but I have to pay for my phone call/texts just like PAYG.

Also is there any phones coming out soon that I should hold out for?

How much data would I use a month on a phone? I can get 100mb for £3 or 500mb for £6.

One of the guys in work was saying that I wouldnt really go over 100mbs in a month. Would he be right?

Also should I wait for any of these phones to come out before buying?

Like any of these? The HTC XL?
