I can recommend The Yoga Hub in Ranelagh, the teacher Matt is lovely and you can pay as you go, or buy a pass for 5 or 10 classes and go when suits you.

Tallaght leisure centre do pay as you go classes on thursday evenings at 7pm. 12.50 per class. I think they've only just started the new term.

    hi,

you could try reformpilates.ie in blackrock - they have studio sessions on trap tables, reformer with resistance to give even the strongest jelly legs - they also are now doing circuit training - so tough as you like. Anna is the boss - her number is on the website.

Oh, that's close enough to me! I must try to check it out sometime.
