600 euro build suggestions

Hey, Looking for suggestions for build circa 600e, no monitor or is needed. I'd like i5, usb3 and an ssd if feasible. I don't do much gaming but I'd like the option, could stretch to 650 if I really had to. One more thing, if possible at all could the components be such that they would for in a matx case just in case I…

Hey,
