    Hey guys,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I was wondering what you need to connect an Xbox to a laptop, as in use the laptop screen as a tv?

    Cheers.

YOU,D need a tv tuner card plus software,it makes no financial sense, you could buy a 15inch lcd monitor for 50 euro on adverts.ie
if it has no hdmi ,or rca video in, you,d need a 360 vga cable cost 30 euro.
its like buying a 200 phone to listen to rte radio 1 ,makes no sense.
AND you can get free crt vga monitors,on jumbletown.ie
or adverts.ie free stuff. And you,d need a very fast laptop to display a signal from a 360 in real time.

To connect your Xbox with laptop you would need Ethernet cord and wireless router.

No you wouldn't. That has nothing to do with connecting and Xbox to a laptop. Disregard this suggestion OP. Playing an xbox through a laptop would be impractical unless you are trying to record gameplay. If not then get a good HD TV
