UPC 10 Euro Downgrade Fee

I decided to downgrade from 25mb to 20mb, both 500gb caps and got hit with a €10 downgrade fee. I've been with UPC for over 2 years, great product and great service but I feel robbed with the €10 . It's not really about the money - as I'll be saving €120 a year, but it just seems like a scumbag thing to do.
