Where could I buy cheapish Electric cabling and light sockets, like wholesale.

I know they sell them in woodies and such, but they are pretty expensive.

    I'm based in South Tipp:cool:

    Moved to the Tipperary forum

What you need is the likes of Dwyer's or Kellihers in Cork.

    If in Clonmel,try Treaty Electric.
They supply to the electricians in town and would be much cheaper than Woodies, particullarly if you are buying in bigger quantities.

I'm sure there are similar type shops in the other main towns in Tipp

City Electrical Factors (CEF) in the ind. est. at the top of the hill on the Rosegreen road (I think the estate is called Ard na Gaoithe or something like that)

Fethard Electrical is a good place for wholesale stuff too.

Was working sourcing this sort of stuff at one stage and Fethard Electrical was the best by far.
