In relation to a person dying intestate I have seen numerous cases on small farms where the division of lands has not been the major problem but the legal minefield sorting out land and entitlements.

A valuable tip to any landowner is to have your spouse listed on the folio so who ever passes away first the other automatically becomes the sole owner.
