Cancelling Eircom

    Hi,

    Moving to UPC for phone, broadband & tv.

    Have cancelled Sky so have until 6th Nov to move everything over but don't want to double pay for tv for a month.

    Do you have to give a months notice or similiar to cancel Eircom or does UPC take care of that?

    Thanks very much for posting on eircom's Forum on Boards.

    If you wish to make any administration change on your eircom Account, including cancelling, you will need to call directly into eircom Customer Care.

    They will need to formally advise you on the current status of your eircom Account and any outstanding or final billing notice, etc.

    I'm not aware of the process employed by any other providers, and you may need to contact them for further information.
