calling from abroad

bit of a strange one, but if you were abroad and phoned ireland, would there be anything to identify that you're calling from outside Ireland? IE, if I'm in France and call an Irish mobile, using my roaming Irish mobile, will my number pop up just as normal or will there be anything else added to it?
