    That's what you think - Your auto NDA'd if you work for MS or a vendor.

    If your company has an NDA with Microsoft it's in your contract unless they've omitted it .

    Back on the Beta though...

    I've just been on xbox.com and some of new functionality has appeared.

    Might check on the xbox and see if anything has changed.

    Wow voice recognition is impressive. It works without having to speak 'properly' or loudly or slowly. Well done on that microsoft. Not sure about the aesthetics of the tile system. No new apps either yet.

    So far all I'm seeing is:

    Better Kinect controls

    I'm optimistic about the app store. It has potential.

    I'd like more control over notifications, the simple on/off switch is useless. I'd like to be able to set it for certain friends.

    Also, the way the Games Hub is laid out, you can filter games by:

    All
    Demos
    Arcade
    Indie
    Kinect
    Recently Played
    Recently Downloaded

    So if I want to play an Xbox Original, or a Full 360 game I got On Demand, I cant quickly sort them that way, I have to go to All Games, and browse through my whole collection. Seems really stupid to me.
