Ask in Mckenna Computers if they have the number for Mick O'Brien he's been doing that sort of thing for years. Only link I can find for him is http://www.theview.ie/ardmore-video-i372.html which has no number

Irwins used to do it years ago not sure if they still do,

I can deffo confirm Mike O Brien & Irwins are still providing this service. Got some camcorder tapes converted to DVDs in Irwins recently. Have got stuff done by Mike O brien previously aswell.
