Hi all!

I was wondering if anyone knows the recipe for the brown bread that is served in Kinnity Castle?

It is the most awesome brown bread I have ever had. It is moist and slightly sweet. I have stayed there a couple of times when I have been back home with my fiancee and the last time back in August they gave me a huge loaf to take home. I am living in Germany now (I am Irish) and I would love to make a really good moist sweet brown bread such as this for my Danish fiancee and in-laws to be to have with butter and chedder cheese. They have a very firm black bread there and tbh it is not to my taste.
