    Hi

I bought this when I got the laptop the other day, actually have to return the laptop as it was dead on arrival..

Wondering is this antivirus worth keeping?
I know there's free ones like avg bit want something that's good and that I won't have to change it etc

also there's a free 2 month antivirus trial with laptop should I use this 1st or just ignore it and just use bulldog as it might be difficult to remove?

    Thanks

I wouldn't bother paying for Bulldog tbh.

I use security essentials, it's free and gets the job done. And it's always free so it wont ask you to purchase anything.

    +1 on this.

Security Essentials has not let me down and it has been on all my families laptops some of whom have been prone to getting infected in the past.

    Cheers for the replies lads

I've to go back to the store tomorrow and they said that they will refund me for that bulldog secuity. It's 60 so no point in playing that when there's free stuff out there. I'll take a look at that cheers

also heard avast is good too.

Bullguard is actually an excellent programme and it's strength shows cosidering it's gettting in among the big boys that are Mcafee and Norton. Your €60 actually allows you to use it on 3 PCS/Laptops and comes with 5GB online backup plus excellent support features. It uses half the system resources of Norton or Mcafee and in essence you get what you pay for! Microsoft Security Essentials is a good free Anti virus if you are tech savvy or don't use P2P or file sharing sites or dodgy adult sites (-; But have a look here:

Btw I don't work for Bullguard but I endorse it as I have used it and sold it for years.
