    what's with the 20minute delay when trying to contact emobile

    they keep repeating a message on the phone that the delay is caused by the popularity of the service

    that would put me off switching from 3

    how come 3 can answer straight away then?

    We have been experiencing some high calls volumes recently however norrmally there are no issues contacting customer care within a short timeframe. If there is anything I can do help please let me know and i'll be happy to do so.

    Im an eircon landline customer

    why isnt there a decent data allowance available on more packages

    with 3 i get

    30 total credit

    unlimited data
    unlimited texts

    free weekend calls

    all for 20 euro

    so i cant save by switching unless i make a high volume of calls

    which i dont

    Emobile customer service is TERRIBLE. I've had more than one bad experience with them and am moving to 3.

    Haha. I wouldn't do that if I was you. Check out other threads on 3 here. Just to forewarn you. They, in fact, have the worst customer service, amongst many other things.
