I've used Camden Clothing in Dublin several times in the past 18 months, very good service and product.

If your still looking for this send me a pm. I can print t-shirts. Its not direct to garment but its print on vinyl and then heat pressed to t-shrits and looks really good, i can sendyou a sample.
