i guess the fact you didnt mention him on your application form tells me you already know the answer.

do you mean stay occasionally or do you mean live there,

Correction, if you receive it.

If your boyfriend was not included on your application for rent allowance, he cannot live with you. If he is working, he definitely cannot live with you as his income would have to have been assessed aswell with your application.
