Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Standard Nightsaver to Green Nightsaver

After moving into rented accommodation last may and signing up to ESB with DD & online billing it appears I was put on the standard nightsaver tarriff.

With the increase in prices now I have looked at the rates and it appears either the Green nightsaver or Bord Gais paperless one would be cheapest for me.

Can I now move from the standard nightsaver to the green nightsaver tariff?

If so whats the point in having the standard one at all as the day/night rates are the same but the standing charge is lower?

    Hi atech :)

It would be best if we had a look at your account history.

If you could send me, by private message, the account number, the name/address of the account-holder, and the contact telephone number on the account, we will check it.

Also, for the purposes of data protection/security, we would require confirmation that you are the named account-holder.

    Regards,
    Una
