I cant believe the price, son got it no problem last week in Waterford.

Ignore that price. That's from a seller on Amazon, they have crazy inflated prices a lot of the time.

Hi, just noticed in the online Tesco Magazine (pg 22) that the next collector cards/stamps thing they're doing starting next Tuesday 6th May is Frette Bedlinen.

My question is, does anyone one in the know have any info on this upcoming offer? Hoping it'll be good value but these things can be hit or miss. The Fissler cookware was fine but the last really great collector offer I think was the Wedgewood range 10 or more years ago, Tesco did 2 different ranges of china and stainless steel saucepans which were lovely.

Just back from tesco Merrion. Near the stationary section there was a huge amount of large creme eggs down from "€8.48" to €2.12

They include a large egg, bag of mini creme eggs and a creme egg mug!

Nowhere near worry the €8.48 but pretty decent for €2.12!

    Weight 186g (not including mug)

Presume price is the same in all tesco stores!

I think the duvets were around €40 iirc. Also sheets, bath robes and candles.

Tesco clubcard boost is starting May 6th. You trade in your vouchers to get double their value against certain departments e.g. frozen food, clothing or wine.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,947 ✭✭✭✭ShaneU

    Single duvets are €19.99
    Double duvets are €27.99
    King duvets are €37.99
    2 pillowcases are €9.99
    Bathrobes are €29.99
    Fragrance diffuser is €12
    Fragrance candle is €8

10 stickers needed, spend €10 in store to get one sticker.

one for the BBQ sauce lovers out there.

Heinz Honey BBQ 1.49 and Heinz Classic BBQ 1.29 (They only come in one size, i think it is 340 grams).

Pretty decent price and may come in handy during the summer :D

    Hi Folks,

I picked up 2 of these this evening in Tesco Kildare @ 9.99 each. I don't know if its a special offer or priced incorrectly but I thought it was a great deal (so did the girl on the checkout! :P )

I can't find it on the tesco's website but the above link should work.
    regards

Saw an ad outside my local store this morning. It was for Clubcard Boost. You can exchange €5 of your tokens for €10 to spend in certain departments. Sorry I have no more details, I was too lazy to get out of the car, but you can read about it at:

    tesco.ie/clubcardboost

Really? I've never seen it advertised in my local store before. Ah well, it might be of use to others who were also unaware of it.

No, this only started today http://www.tesco.ie/clubcardboost/

Here's the bedding offer too http://www.tesco.ie/frette/

They ran the same deal a few years ago. bring your points vouchers to the customer service desk and they Will convert them.
however it isn't a bargain if you're a member of the Christmas savers cos you only get them vouchers in November.

When I was in Tesco Drogheda the other day, they had 30% off mens formal clothes and packed shirts.

I like Tesco's shirts (surprisingly enough).

Anyone know if the 30% off is still running or if it ended?

    Cheers :)

Just in Tesco.. no, 30% off sale is over.. bastards :( haha

EDIT: Actually, while im here, do they have sales on their clothes often at all? I've been in and out of tesco for ages, but never noticed one before on their formal wear (I love their shirts). I have loads of shirts, so should I hold off cos the 30% pops up every few weeks, or was it one off and they rarely repeat it?

Few Sennheiser headphones and earphones on sale in Maynooth this evening, very high prices on some as in €99 for overear and €66 for inear with a mic, didn't really pay too much attention but just if anyone else is in the market for earphones might be worth a look in your local store.

Was just in tesco ardkeen and they are reducing the games, the games that were €10 are now €5, they had just started so don't know what other reductions are yet.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,625 ✭✭✭wmpdd3

re men's shirts, they hardly get reduced compared to women's.

Feb is a good month for all the formal shirt that came in for Xmas to go to 70 percent off.

sign up for alerts at f-f.com , you get an email the night before stuff goes into sale
