I presume you all saw it? Does anyone know who did that to it and why? Also, did anyone get a nice photo or two? I didn't have my camera with me today unfortunately.

Must have happened after I passed- or I was being even more unobservant than usual.

Looks nice, a new tradition to mark some future events perhaps.

They do that most years i think. They also roll out grass on the steps aswell if i remember right.

Be an idea if they could grow those kinda flowers on the bridge normally? Well not the ha'penny but on other, less architecturally pleasing ones?
