    Asking this for a friend.

She had eircom phone, but got it disconnected about a month or two ago. Ever since then Eircom have being sending her letters about an unsettled bill.

Im not sure of the exact amount. But its around 10euro.

When she tried to pay this bill in two seperate post offices she was told that Eircom have some sort of cap limit that means you can only pay a bill that amounts to 20euro or more.

This woman doesnt have a credit card/cheque book etc... she always paid her bill via the post office and now she feels that she has no way to pay and is anxious to settle this sooner rather than later.

    What are her options?
