Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Where's my Supersaver..??

    Hi, as an existing ESB customer, I switched over to the Supersaver plan in August (with online billing but without direct debit) and so should have received a 10% discount on the unit pricing. However, my latest bill on the 12th October does not reflect this as the unit pricing remains unchanged.

    What's up??

    I can investigate your query for you. I would require the following, by private message, for clarification and data protection/security purposes:

    - The ESB Electric Ireland account number
    - The name and address of the account-holder
    - The contact telephone number on the account
    - Confirmation that you are the named account-holder
