These apartments seem very good value. Does anyone know what they are like in summer?

I'd say ok. Built about 10 years ago. Some being sold now cheap as the section 23 tax thing 10 year clause is up.

I have been in them. As Summer Homes they are quite good. Word of warning. Check out are the selling the house with fixtures and fittings or without. Some have been shown the houses with everything in them assuming the fixtures and fittings were part of the deal. They got a land when they actually go the keys having bought them.

If you get one at the right price (100K) it is probably good value. They are in clusters of four so some form of management structure should be in place (with the other three) in case a problem arises -dampness, roof leak etc. Caveat emptor.
