    Hi I,am new on here so hope I'am posting this in the right place.I loaded the new version of AVG and since facebook is not working well it wll not let me check notifications and the page keeps loading even though it is fully loaded.I'am using google chrome at the moment so tried firefox and it is working fine on it so the problem must be between AVG and google chrome, has anyone else encountered this.

    I had the same problem couple of days ago with FB after loading it, couldnt see group pages that I was member of either, all was fine on a different machine so knew it had to be connected to the AVG. I logged out of FB and logged in again and it worked fine then, didn't think the solution would be that easy but that worked for me.

    Have tried logging in and out made no difference.

    Disable the anti phishing software and test again or try a different browser such as Firefox

    works on firefox but it has other issues that is why I stopped using it
