I dont know what it is about the Bianchi livery, while I think it looks pure class on thin frames (eg steel and alu), I think it looks pure cack on thick carbon framed tubes.

If I had to guess, I'd say the riders on the top level teams have a choice between mechanical and electric. Further down the pecking order of sponsored teams there's probably a limited amount of electronic groupsets for each team.
