Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

International Radio Stations - Recommendations?

    Just got a decent iPhone dock speaker setup for the kitchen at home. Im using a radio app on the phone now that gives me access to loads of international radio stations. Theres even one in Antartica.. How many listeners would they have!?

    I'd be into talk radio, sports talk, and a bit of everything in terms of music.
    Just wondering if anyone can recommend stations from around the world?

    Love NPR, that BBC4, World Service and RTE would be my main talk stations. For music BBC 6 is fantastic.

    Malaysia has good music-formatted radio stations.
    You can play the streams from your desktop at www.dvrplayer.com
    hitz.fm, Mix FM and Lite FM are among my favourites.
    Mix FM seem to mix their tracks (literally) on overnight shows!! Tune in to see what I mean.
    I'm not sure what Radio app you're using, but TuneIn Radio has these stations listed.

    3RRR from Melbourne is a great little station for eclectic music + a bit of Aussie chat.

    Oz's Triple J is good for a change, or could be just nostalgia!
    BBC Radio 4.... can be high brow but always interesting stuff even if some of the words they use have me googling!

    CBC radio from Canada www.cbc.ca/radio
    Intelligent, eclectic, non-commercial. Quite a few of their programs are picked up by NPR
