Looking for a cheap and reliable phone

My current phone which I have owned for a few years has just broke so I need a new one asap. I'll only be using the phone for calls and texts so I dont care what other features it has as long as it's cheap, preferably under €50.
I'm currently with Vodafone and would like to keep my current number but will I get more free credit if I switch to another network, and will I be able to keep my number?
