Hi folks i am wondering have people come across this before i live in a private housing estate and the management company claim that only 50% of the houses are paying the fees and as a way to get the money out of people they have decided to introduce a clamping company to the estate and they will only give parking permits…

Does anybody know if they are entitled to do this legally ? Is there anyway to stop this happening ?:mad:
