    Here is the leading group of Kenyans, and one Eritrean, at about the 30km mark I think it was:

    They were already well clear when I saw the race go past the 5km point and had just kept pulling away. At the 30km'ish point they seemed to be 5 minutes clear of the next non-Kenyan runner (made up number but it seemed like ages), and everyone behind was pretty much running on their own.

    There was a bit of a group that seemed to be going along aiming for about the A standard time, but from chatting with the dad of one of the Brits in that group they were about 10seconds off the pace at 30km.
