    Any recommended classes?
    Looking to try this to help with muscle problems i have,stiffness etc.....need to gain flexibility to help me recover from running problems...

    What prices do you charge plus is it a specific 8/10 week course or just pay as you go?
    I work 3 shift cycle you see.......
