(Male) cant pee standing up!

    I'm a 32 year old male and I cant pee standing up! I just cant go to the toilet and stand up and pee, could be there for a few mins and I would just get an erection. So if I need to pee I have to sit down! Anyone else experience this?

    My ex girlfriend used to have the same problem.

    Not the peeing part, she used to always get unexpected erections!
