    this show has taken a huge dive this year,how can it go on for another season,only way would be to get rid of cullen,the production company,and there has to better people out there.the format does work in other countrys

    They keep showing Bill pointing at the person he's firing next week in the end of show preview. Competely gives the game away. You could tell Ruth was getting fired this week from last week's preview.
