    No.

I sent an email trying to get one and said I had ordered a pillow. I actually hadn't ordered one in the first place but thought she would look for my details and then say she'd send it out.

Instead she said there was no record of me in their system but to check back in September because they might be opening the pillow offer again.

I did the same thing but after she said she couldn't find me in the system I told her I filled out the questionnaire and now she sending me the questionnaire, and all I have to do it fill it out free post it back and I get my pillow.

You need a reference code from a Tempur stockier why so many people didn't get it.
