I filled in the online form for the Tempur pillow a while ago , and got an email last week saying they hoped I was enjoying it .

I never got the pillow , so I emailed back saying it never arrived .
They said they would send another one .

I got a phone call from my mother in law telling me it got delivered to her house this morning ( NI address )

Its worth a try. I've ordered small items a few times and they came no problem. the last thing I ordered was a memo board which was a fairly big item. It was sent back to Amazon with address unknown and Amazon refunded me straight away.
