If you are looking for a small 5.1 DVD system for a smaller room, say kids bedroom etc and dont want to spend a fortune,I have the perfect unit for you:)
Its the Philips HTS2500 and looks like this (but only a bit bigger in real life...)
This is a compact little 5.1 DVD playing system.
As you can see the speakers are unobtrusive - they can be screwed to a wall as well
It will play your DVD's, CD'sand has an onboard FM radio
You get a Line In in so you can plug another device into and route the sound via this system.
There is a USB input that will handle DivX, Xvid & MP3 files as well
Its potent for it's size, pumping out a total of 300Watts power to keep you entertained
