Moving house, changing bank details - charges?

Hey, can anybody tell me if there are charges and how much if you are moving house and want to change my bank details for bills (bord Gais, UPC) to another tenant left in the house? Thanks

Generally no. Surely you mean you want to change the utility accounts into the name of your soon to be former housemate?
