are veggies allowed to eat more than the recommended daily allowance of eggs since there is no meat in their diet? i knew a veggie that ate about 4-5 eggs a day and he looked pretty healthy

I don't think there is a recommended limit of eggs a day anymore, it used to be 1 a day because people mistakenly believed eating eggs led to increased cholesterol but that's been dismissed & general advice is to eat as many eggs as you'd like (although possibly not Cool Hand Luke style!)

    There's nothing wrong with 4 or 5 a day.
    There's no limit.

They are pretty full of saturated fat though, so... wouldn't eat TOO many.

    So is breast milk.
Fat is more complicated that saturated vrs unsaturated. That thinking is dated too.

pretty much eat as much eggs as you want, unless you have health problems. egg whites are pure protein and water as well.
