Hi. What is the good deal?

I got 1000l for €780 from Corrib last Friday.

For all its worth the other Monday I saw a corrib oil driver smoking as he drove his tanker with a big hazardous flammable warning on the back of the truck.
The next day I saw a Corrib oil tanker go steaming through a red traffic light a good while after the lights ha changed. Not good PR for Corrib oil.
I will not be buying my oil from Corrib oil.

And what has all that to do with the price or quality of the oil/kero?

Corrib Oil now have a payment plan, whereby you can spread the cost of your heating oil over the year, paying monthly. I might look into this, as several hundred euro in a lump sum can be a hard enough way to pay. I have never actually filled my tank since I got it in five years ago.

It's to do with representing a company, road safety and common sense. Corrib oil didn't seem too bothered either but then maybe nobody cares when a tanker steams through a red light on a pedestrian crossing with little respect for other people.

Where has cpl fuels supertherm in Galway on regular basis? really difficult to find steady supply. we have tried every type of coal for stoves over the years and found this to easily be the best for us. just pain trying to get it sometimes.

I get it in Furbo because it's convenient €23 per bag. Why do you prefer the cpl fuels supertherm ?

We just get more heat for longer.

If you check cpl site they mention the banking quality (up to 18hrs) & I have to say its true.

my better half could tell first thing in morning whether supertherm or something else was in stove by residual heat it's quite noticeable

Corrib oil on the Tuam Road (next to Rocca tiles) stock the full range of CPL fuels. I use the phurnacite myself- finf it excellent.

Hi just wondering how much people on here pay for a bag of turf? Would you have to collect bags or get it delivered?
