Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Saw this and thought how it could easily be used to highlight some good photogs and decorate some of the ugly vacant buildings around Dublin at the moment.

Anyone got a bare shopfront there that they want to dress up?

cool but it takes a local council that are open to ideas (not saying that dublin's isn't).

It could be a really lovely idea - but yeah, generally local councils are a bit reluctant arts-projects-wise. Shame really

I seen something along those lines during the summer.
I think it might have been in Rathmullan, outside Letterkenny.

Instead of photos, the local school produced art work to place on the boarded up windows of empty shops.

A great idea, and can look great. However one of the windows was painted with a "Closing Down Sale" sign - maybe not what the council was after. :-)

I didn't get a photo of it as it was raining too heavy to risk getting the camera out.
